Laws of Everlynn

In the World of Everlynn there are International Laws and Regional Laws of the lands. Each impacts all those internationally and that of region can impact those whom travel in the continent of one whom rules it. Each land has a separate set of laws but the world has universal ones. These should be followed by all citizens (players) for they may cause penalties if gone unchecked. Please read each law carefully so that you are not caught unawares or are not unfamiliar with the consequences of not following these laws.

Law of Theft: Thou shall not steal for stealing is a crime in any Land. Theft of first shall be lead to the stocks. Theft of Twice will lead to the deciding of the innocent who was robbed. Theft of the Third shall be jail. Theft of Fourth shall loose thy right hand. Theft of Fifth shall be thy life.

Law of Slaughter: The life taken by one of ill will or intent of killing is wrong. Taking the life of a Citizen is seen as murder by those citizens of a nation or of the people. This will be dealt with an assortment of punishments and perhaps death.

Cold Death: Murder with Vengeance in the attempt to slay with cold intentions is planned murder. This is an instant death to the accused and shall be carried out immediately.

Disturbances: These are seen as ruining of the peace. Such as Bar Fights, damage to the citizen dwellings, or acts of violence among the land. These will be shown a jail time till the time of prosecution comes and can be several days. This can also be fined several Denare from 100 to 1,000 and if not paid can be jail time for 3-5 days.

Treason: Those whom rise against the crown and perform acts against them that would endanger a Ruler or that of the World is seen as a traitor. Traitors are to be dealt with immediately and detained. If events do not permit it slay upon sight to prevent any ill to the Lands.

Slayer and Genocide: The mass killing of a Race with out justified cause is seen as Slayerism. This is the most atrocious thing that can be done and will not be tolerated. Those performing this act are to be slain on sight unless they have been given order or justified cause by the World Council or Kingdom. If so this must be decided by the Council of Rulers in the World Everlynn.

Abuse of Magic: The use of Magic to abuse and endanger Magic is a crime. The Art of Magic ill used to gain ill power or abused to slay irresponsibly is enough to have their powers restrained and if actions of Magic lead to mass destruction of innocents to forever bare the Rohana the embrace of loosing their gift forever.

Laws of Magic: Magic shall not be used to tyrannize the people nor abused to rule them. Magic is a gift given to us and is a tool to aid or defend people. The ill use of it to terrorize people of the mass or to rule is seen as abuse as well. Magic as much science should be used for the good of the people or to defend the one who wields it.
