Kurai, Subclass of Demon
Natural Weapons> Kurai Children have Natural Claws, Bite, Tails, Horns, and Wings. The claws are normally 2d6 +4 due to their abnormal strength and their Bite is d4 +4 when used to bite a creature. Their tails are at times not very thick and prove useless to slam anyone but because some Kurai have a barb or spikes on them it can serve as a third weapon such as a whip attack of 2d4 +2. The Kurai’s Horns are normally used for head butting or Goring opponents offering a 6d4 +6 Attack when applied. However the horns are long and big enough to toss an opponent aside. After a successful gore attack with the horns the Kurai can make a Power Check Difficulty 16 (+2 for a category size larger than them) and toss the opponent aside for extra 2d4 damage. The Kurai do not have wings therefore are unable to fly but are excellent runners and jumpers. Speed of the Kurai: A Kurai is able to run an extra 2 Movement each time they run or charge a target. Because of being hunters on foot all the time they learn to strengthen their bodies for a long run or hunt. Power of the Kurai: When an Athletic Skill roll is made that involves jumping Kurai get a +2 to the skill check as well as get an additional 5ft more than the normal jump distance of 10ft. They can if also jump double that distance due to their hind legs making them natural long distant jumpers. Sure Footed: When on uneven surface and making a run or movement through rough or rocky terrain a Kurai suffers no penalties being accurate in chasing prey down or moving through rocky terrain in the Dark Realm. Aura of Demon> When some one detect evil or uses empathy they can sense some type of small evil emanating from the Kurai due to the demonic blood with in them. This detection isn’t as bad depending in the alignment of the Kurai. True Sight> Due to their supernatural bloodline Kurai’s can see past Illusions of a single target as well as see apparitions and anything of the supernatural realm as if normal. This is a unique ability to see pass the illusions or inability to see that of the supernatural world. Supernatural Damage> A Kurai like a demon can deal their Natural weapon Damage to any supernatural creature whether it was a ghost or something immune to physical attacks. This is because their demon blood is a supernatural essence infusing them with yet another gift. Dark Spell> Dark Magic isn’t necessarily Evil but a Kurai may learn 1 Dark Magic Spell (At a 20 Exp Cost) and cast it at least three times a day as if natural to him or her. Sense Aura> A Kurai much like a Demon can sense Aura’s by smell. This is an automatic feature when stated and can sense not only the race but if it is Magic and what alignment the target is. This is effective to a Radius of 5ft x Reflex making it an average radius to sense a target.
